James Bond

”My name is Bond – James Bond” – a classic phrase that millions of people know well.  007 – with a license to kill, created by Ian Fleming, is one of the classic characters of the world of films.  First the story was created as a book, later as films, but also as a comic strip.

The James Bond strip started in the British Daily Express in July, 1958.  The original cartoonist was John McLusky but he was later replaced by Yaroslav Horak.  Most episodes were written by Henry Gammidge who was quite loyal to Flemming’s books.
